Made from 100% Viognier grapes this wine is an Estate wine, with all the grapes sourced from the Estate. The wine is rich and luscious, filled with ripe pineapples, pear blossoms, citrus and cinnamon spicing. The wine has a great mouthfeel that leaves a lenthy finish.

Winemaking Notes
After harvesting of the grapes the juice is split roughly into two equal batches. The one component is barrel fermented and aged for 6 months in first fill French oak. The other component is fermented in Stainless Steel tanks. After 6 months the winemaker tastes through all the components and then blends them accordingly.
