This is an easy drinking red wine that on the nose has a lot of bright red berries layered with mint, liquorice and hints of smokiness. The wine is smooth on the palate with seamlessly integrated tannins.

Blend of 7 Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Mourvèdre, Shiraz and Pinot Noir
After the harvesting of the grapes the must has been cold soaked for 7 days at a temperature of 7°C. Thereafter it was fermented for 8 days in open concrete tanks with 5 punch downs a day. Finally, the wine was oaked for 12 months in French and European oak 30% new oak, 40% second fill and the rest an even split between third to fifth fill barrels.

Enjoy with pulled pork, Braised dishes, tacos or pizza.
Easy now to drink and will perform well after 1 year of bottling. But can age further 4-7 years.
