The wine has delicate flavours of fresh apricots and peach blossoms from the Viognier. The Roussanne lends a more mellow herbal tea aroma and the Greanche blanc gives the wine a more integrated structure and Citrus notes.

Winemaking Notes
The Viognier, Rousanne and Grenache blanc grapes were harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12°C. The wine was not aged or oaked and the blending took place before sterile filtration and cold stabilising which all took place just before bottling.
